JESSE WATSON PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES CAREER PROFILE: Jesse has represented buyers and sellers of Arizona real estate for over 25 years. His residential experience includes the design, development financing and marketing of new and resale homes, custom homes, and Master Planned Communities. Jesse gained valuable experience in the management and marketing of commercial and investment properties as a sales associate and Vice President of Cushman and Wakefield Real Estate. While working with commercial and investment clients Jesse found that they often needed help in arranging financing for their projects. In 1982 Watson Mortgage and Investment was formed to assist clients in the financing of office, industrial, self storage, shopping center and apartment properties. Watson Mortgage arranged acquisition and development loans, construction loans, refinancing and new permanent loans for developers and investors.
